Other Policies

Please note that we have a strict no pets policy due to the horses and livestock kept on site.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this, any balance outstanding becomes due and all sums thereafter are fully chargeable.

We do not offer early check ins / late check outs, and reserve the right to charge an additional late check out fee of £30 if check out times are not adhered to.
